My first visit to NYC was on a study tour along with 4 peers and two art professors; it was a breathtaking experience. I got to spend time in iconic spots in the city, it was a lively city with every corner having its own character.

Lagos, NigeriaIt's vibrant, complex, beautiful, and can be ugly at the same time. This is a city I could not understand during my short visit. I was only a stranger trying to make sense of what I saw in the city of Lagos.

Minot, NDIn the 2023 summer/fall, I aimed to document the streets of downtown Minot, and it was on the last day of shooting that I got the most cohesive series. The light, the atmosphere and sounds were perfect. Everything seemed to be in the right place at the right time, and I could not afford to miss.

Niger State, Nigeria

My first two years as a photographer were spent here. The streets were lively with everything was happening all at once. There never seemed to be a dull moment.
